Logistics Manager Recruitment Guidelines

[Job Description]

You will be entrusted with launching a new logistics service related to the concept of a platform for chemical trading,

Specific tasks include building a basic system, developing and negotiating with affiliated logistics companies, and managing staff.

 

[Working Conditions]

Working Hours: Flexible (Core Hours 10.00 – 15.00)

Location: Kita-Ku, Osaka (1 minute by foot from Nakatsu Station on the Subway Midosuji Line)

Holidays:  National Holidays / Weekends / Summer Holidays / Birthday / Year-end and New Years Holidays (125 days a year approx.)

Salary: Negotiable

Salary Increase/Bonus:  Annual Increase (April) / Annual Bonus (March)

Insurances: Health Insurance, Welfare Pension, Worker’s Accident Compensation Insurance, Employment Insurance

Welfare: Incentive system, employee stockholding association system (planned), transportation expenses, notebook PC loan, retirement allowance system, qualification allowance.

Measure Against Second Hand Smoke: No indoor smoking.

  • Experience in in trading practices and negotiations with logistics companies at an export company.

  • Experience in managing a team of 10+ people

  • An interest in creating an optimized system for international logistics
